Our sports nutrition service is led by Melissa Smith, Registered Clinical Nutritionist and Accredited Sports Nutritionist, and founder of Melissa Smith Total Wellbeing.
With a strong academic background in human nutrition and extensive experience supporting athletes, active adults, and developing youth, Melissa provides practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to both training demands and everyday life.
